These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website inverado.com and the services offered by Inverado S.A., Tax ID 30-71785432-1, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 880, Floor 8, CABA, Argentina.
1. Acceptance
By entering the site or registering on the platform, you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
2. Nature of the service
Inverado operates as a Collective Financing Platform (PFC) registered with the Argentine Securities Commission. It facilitates the connection between real estate developers and investors. Inverado does not guarantee the profitability of the published projects.
3. User requirements
To invest you must be 18 years of age or older, an Argentine tax resident or hold a valid CUIT/CDI, and complete the digital identification (KYC) process pursuant to UIF Resolution 50/2025.
4. Risks
Investment in real estate projects through crowdlending involves risks, including construction delays, market fluctuations and partial or total loss of invested capital. The user acknowledges and accepts these risks.
5. Fees
Inverado charges a fee of up to 2% of the amount subscribed by the investor and a success fee on returns. The exact detail is disclosed in each project before confirming the operation.
6. Intellectual property
The contents, trademarks, logos and developments available on inverado.com belong to Inverado S.A. or its licensors. Their reproduction without prior written authorisation is forbidden.
7. Limitation of liability
Inverado shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence attributable to Inverado, in accordance with the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code.
8. Amendments
Inverado may update these terms. Amendments will be communicated to registered users at least 15 days before they come into force.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
