At Inverado S.A. (Tax ID 30-71785432-1, hereinafter "Inverado") we process your personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, its implementing regulations and the rules issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information.
1. Data controller
Inverado S.A., with registered address at Av. Corrientes 880, Floor 8, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, is the controller of the personal data collected through the website inverado.com and the associated digital channels.
2. Data we collect
We collect first name, last name, email address, tax data (CUIT/CUIL), contact information and data derived from your interaction with the site (IP address, device type, pages visited).
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to inform you about new investment rounds, manage your potential onboarding as an investor, comply with legal obligations (Law 25,246 on Concealment and Money Laundering, UIF and CNV rules) and improve the platform experience.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your free, express and informed consent, as well as for the performance of legal obligations and contractual relationships with investors.
5. Retention
We retain your data for a maximum period of ten (10) years from the last interaction, in accordance with the requirements of the Argentine anti-money laundering regulation in force.
6. Recipients
Your data may be shared with technology providers, Argentine banking entities, notary offices, accounting firms and regulatory authorities (CNV, UIF, AFIP) when required by law.
7. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to access, rectify, update and erase your personal data by writing to privacidad@inverado.com. You can also file claims with the Agency for Access to Public Information, Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging) to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your data.
